Return, Refund & Replacement
Return details:
We accept returns* within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product(s). Please email us at support@houseofmayoli.com
Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) showing signs of usage will not be eligible for returns or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) before processing returns/replacement. For eligible orders, reverse pickup from the shipping address will be free of cost.
* We do not accept returns of orders / products purchased with any discount or during a sale.
Cancellation: You can cancel an order within 3 hours of the order being placed. Please send an email to us on support@houseofmayoli.com

Products may be eligible for replacement only if the exact same item is in stock.
- If the replacement request is placed and the exact same product is not in stock, we will provide a refund, after successful collection and inspection of the product.
How do I initiate a Return Request?
1. Raise a Return Request
To raise a return request, please write an email from your registered email ID to support@houseofmayoli.com. Please mention your order ID and contact details in the mail and also attach photographs of the item as proof. Our team will process your request, subject to eligibility.
2. Click Product Images
In your return request, please share 2-3 clear photographs of the item for which the request is being raised. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.

1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible.

The image file size should not exceed 5 MB.
3. Evaluation & Pick-up

Once we receive the images, our team will connect with you within 48 hours.

The return requests are evaluated by our team and return pick-up of product will be scheduled basis the evaluation.

Please retain the original packaging of the product along with any accompanying accessories, to ensure a successful pick-up.

A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by our logistics partner from the original shipping address of the order.
What’s Eligible for Return?

Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition i.e. broken or torn.

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture are not defects. Since the products are hand crafted, there might be slight anomalies. But in cases where the item delivered doesn't serve the intended utility of the product, it will be considered as defective.

Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website. Difference in colour is in absolute terms, like if you ordered for an item in ‘blue’ colour but you received the item in ‘red’ colour. Hence, any difference in the shade of the colour will not be eligible for return, since all our products are handmade.
- Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
What’s NOT Eligible for Return?

Installation Issues - Wall mounting installation services are not offered by Mayoli and therefore, return requests because of customer’s inability to get the product wall mounted will not be processed.

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
How many days does it take for the refund to reflect in my bank account?
- For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 working days from the date on which the returned item is received back by Mayoli.
